UFS101-3rd Reflection Topic

   Everyone wanted the daily life of a healthy and active in order to enjoy and live life well. However, I also have an opinion on a healthy lifestyle where one can practise and make it a habit in our daily life. As an example of a healthy lifestyle that can be done is to excercise at least three days a week, because excercise can be revitalize your body and strengthens the cells in a person's body. Next, balanced diet can also be in practice in our daily routine. Not necessarily with the diet it can manage one's body, but the true sense of the word diet is the way in which a controlling consumption by only taking foods that provide many advantages such as proteins, carbohydrates, and so on. In addition, we can spend some time to do yoga or go to the spa for treatment as it can give peace of mind, as well as ourselves and to launch or control the blood circulation in the body of a person. Conclusion, let us make it routine of performed by a variety of healthy lifestyle we can do.
