UFS101-5th Reflection Topic
Yaya you were my best friend, while I as a student leader in college we found out that you often skip class Mrs. Suzana English. Do not you realize and know that English class was important for us to attend, since terminated any school or institution of higher learning in this subject is compulsory to learn. One reason it is mandatory to learn because it can expose students to the grammar, composition and literary style. Next, this English class to help students recognize good writing style, and general understanding of how to compose a sentence. In addition, English classes also can facilitate someone to communicate in English because it has been recognized as an intermediate language used by all people whether in the country and abroad. In addition, when you are in the working world, to communicate in English is very important, because the current job depends on your knowledge of the English-speaking. In conclusion, I hope you will understand and realize the importance of this English class, and can accept my advice as a friend.

In my life, just someone who is considered to be my hero. For me, the hero must be a handsome, mature, responsible and intelligent person. The man who I consider to be my hero is my dad because ever since I was little until I reach the point now is that my father caused a lot of help in identifying my life. At the time I need an education in order to learn something new in life, my father sent me to school, while the moment I give up, dad always there as well to encourage me. Apart from that, my dad also responsible for managing a family. In addition, he has never felt bored to strive to meet my needs even in a difficult situation even though my father was still able to smile for me. Next, he has always advised me "to be the excellent and successful, we must be brave and courageous to face any obstacles in front". Therefore, my dad is my hero reach whenever.

UFS101-3rd Reflection Topic
Everyone wanted the daily life of a healthy and active in order to enjoy and live life well. However, I also have an opinion on a healthy lifestyle where one can practise and make it a habit in our daily life. As an example of a healthy lifestyle that can be done is to excercise at least three days a week, because excercise can be revitalize your body and strengthens the cells in a person's body. Next, balanced diet can also be in practice in our daily routine. Not necessarily with the diet it can manage one's body, but the true sense of the word diet is the way in which a controlling consumption by only taking foods that provide many advantages such as proteins, carbohydrates, and so on. In addition, we can spend some time to do yoga or go to the spa for treatment as it can give peace of mind, as well as ourselves and to launch or control the blood circulation in the body of a person. Conclusion, let us make it routine of performed by a variety of healthy lifestyle we can do.
